Mikey my husband and I went to vegas in June and you are the reason I came home a winner :D :D :D .... I have always wanted to play craps but couldnt understand it reading your stories helped some then I took Crap lessons at MC we played at Boardwalk alot and Orleans it was crazy there we watched a man run over a lady at the craps table with his wheelchair we were laughing so hard [IMG] we also played at Binions a bunch and won I had a pretty good run there and made the table , well us at the table a little money it was so great to not just put my money in a slot and lose it [IMG] we came home after 5 days with 100.00 less than we left with and we ate and played and had the best time ( I even danced on the bar at Coyote Uglies ) stayed up all night and had a great time in vegas I just told dh we were going in March .. Mikey,

As always, that was a great trip report. I've learned a ton from your reports, as well as others on this site. I just posted my first report from the trip I took right after you guys left Vegas. It pails in comparison to your reports, but you've got a knack of turning your great experiences into good experiences for other who read your reports, and then visit Vegas.

    Good Job!

Mikey.... just fyi...I got through about 2/3 or your report on the flight out last weekend, then finished it while waiting for my flight out on Friday...left the hard copy prominantly displayed in the seat next to mine when I walked away, hoping someone would read it, and come find the board...that will be classic.

Speaking of flying....I flew on some kind of Canadair plane that barely warranted jet power...two very small seats on each side of the aisle...I was in seat 1C both ways...on the way out there was a first day stewardess trainee that sat in the seat next to me for about ten minutes, and on the way back, the only empty seat in the entire plane was next to me...I turned to the guy behind me, and in my best drunkattheblackjacktable impression yelled, "the winning streak continues!!"

Finally got to read your report, and thanks again Mikey! Sorry to hear about all the ruthless BJ dealers & second-best hold 'em hands; I think we've all been down that road in Vegas at one time or another. [IMG]

I couldn't bear to throw out the manuscript once I finished reading it last night, so now it's on our coffee table between Sports Illustrated & Casino Player.

Hope to meet up with some of the "crew" when a bunch of us from CT & MD head out to Vegas for March Madness... [IMG]

That's when you know you've made it as a writer. ;) Mikey, you should write a book. You know that at least you'd have all of us to buy it! [IMG]
