MGM Resort Fee question

    I'm staying at MGM in a couple of weeks for two nights on a Comp. In the fine print it says resort fees may apply. Does MGM normally charge the resort fee on comped rooms?

    The most common reply here is - No, they do not. I have seen this come up a few hundred times and would guess that 95% say they do not get charged. Or if charged, it gets comped off.

    I stayed in a comped room twice, and was not charged resort fees either time.

    We didn't have to pay the fee....but we did call them in advance to confirm it last August.
