I do not have a host so maybe that is why the treatment is off-base. VIP Reps, operators, front desk agents, player's club agents, just all the way rude. Even when I am calling to book a corporate comped offer. Little to zero pleasantries in the exchange. They just tend to be very dry, curt, and uncaring in the face of questions or dilemmas. I continually give them the benefit of the doubt, hoping the next call to MB will not sound like the one made to Mirage. My dealings with them in the past couple years vary so widely from other casino groups. In fact, my first time at an MGM property (Mirage), I specifically did not get the player's club card because of how rude they treated me. They make it so hard for me to want to continue to spend my money with them. Rant over.
