    Good Morning Everyone,

I currently have plenty of LP's for all of the above hotels for our Nov. stay.

My husband right now has enough for Monte Carlo and the Luxor. and should be able to get enough LP's for MGM and possible the Mirage before our trip.

How do the hotels compare as far as parking, room size, comfy beds, etc. I have stayed at Monte Carlo but it was 4 years ago, and I know how things can change.

Mandalay Bay would be ideal for us, but sadly I don't think my husband will get enough LP's for the one free night.

One last question, any chance of getting an upgrade with the $20 trick, when it is booked through myvegas?

Thanks so much for your help and suggestions.

I haven't stayed at NYNY yet, mostly because I'm not a fan of their Casino, but here is my opinion. Mirage>MGM>Monte Carlo
The Mirage rooms are really nice with the most comfy beds I ever slept in, their casino is small, but doesn't feel crowded and they are steps away from everything. The MGM has nice rooms and a really big casino, but you are in one end of the strip (I'm actually staying a couple of nights here just to change things a bit. The Monte Carlo is just old... they are going to update it really soon, but I stayed in a Monaco Suite last May and it was the worst experience I had in a long time in a casino, paper thin wall (I could hear the conversation the guy next door was having over the phone) and the bed was not comfortable at all.
I didn't try the $20 trick at the Monte Carlo since I already had a suite comped, at the Mirage it always get me the same standard room, but in the top floor with a strip view.
I can't comment on parking since I never have a car in vegas, now with Uber/Lyft I will never have a reason for one.
Anyway, I hope this was helpful and I hope you enjoy your stay.

Stayed Monte Carlo and MGM last year, MC us tired and I mean really tired. The staff looked bored, casino was fed up and they have now shut areas to start the refit/rebrand. MGM was great, loved it all, really helpful staff, huge casino but staying there it all fell into place. Trying NYNY this year based on last year's comps - looking forward to trying something new!

So, I would go either MGM or NYNY but leave the MC, it's toast!

Mirage is my fav of those choices & MGM would be 2nd (mostly I prefer north Strip to south)
I prefer MC rooms to NYNY BUT they are doing construction for a while so that could be an issue.
I do like NYNY casino but rooms are small.
Luxor--I don't mind casino & room was fine BUT mine did not have a Ulock on it--staying alone as a woman I did NOT like this. That & the location put it at the bottom of the list, even behind Excal. (and I am NOT a fan of Excal casino; but rooms are nice & location is a tad better.

Thank you all for your input. I'm hoping for Mirage. I'm not a fan of small rooms, so I am still undecided about NYNY. However, it depends on how many LP's hubby can get in the next couple of days. He has enough for Luxor, NYNY, and Excalibur right now. Luxor may be the one, because we are going to see Carrot Top , and that would be convenient. We will see what happens. Thanks again.

haven't stayed at MC but have the other three. staying at mirage in november. i have stayed at nyny probably ten times, will agree rooms seem smallish but it kind of depends on the room. once had a corner room and it was one of my favorites. i really enjoy the nyny casino. mgm has comfy beds imo and is huge. i enjoyed the beds so much last time that i ordered the mattress they use for my home. the size doesn't bother me much as it gives u options on gambling and dining. i like the location of mirage and the staff i have encountered has been great. regardless of your choice, you will be in vegas so all will be good.

    enjoy your stay
