I booked an offer from MGM for our upcoming April trip and have a few questions since this is the first time I've been offered some of these comps. (I would just call the VIP line and ask, but I was on hold for over 40 minutes last time I tried, so I figured I'd ask here before attempting that again.)

The offer was booked online and includes limo transportation to and from the airport. Now that we've booked the plane tickets, do I call VIP services to set up the times or do I call the hotel concierge directly?

We'll be staying 3 nights at MGM, then switching over to the Mirage (thanks, myVegas!). Will we still be able to use the limo for the MGM departure, or is it just limited to the airport?

I also get $150 a day in "M Life resort credits". I'm assuming this includes all MGM properties and not just MGM Grand? Also, do we just charge everything to the room and they take it off at the end of the stay?

This will be the start of our honeymoon trip, so I'm hoping that combined with mLife gold status and $20 gets us an upgrade, though I'm not counting on it. Gold usually just gets me a higher room with a view, which isn't bad. But a bottle of champagne sent to the room wouldn't be frowned upon either. :evillaugh

I had an offer that included Limo pickup, but it was through a host so i emailed him with my flight times and he arranged the car.
I was moving from the Mirage to the Aria and they were fine with giving me a car to do that transfer.

The resort credit can be used any MGM hotel, the first 150$ you charge to the room will be used up with that credit, anything over will be on your bill afterwards.

Good to know as I will be moving from Vdara to Mirage and I have an airport limo with my suite and I was going to see if I could use it to go the Mirage.

I also have limo service at MGM through an offer and I simply called VIP Services and they took the flight information. I asked when I called whether the limo service was restricted to transportation to and from the airport and VIP said no. They told me when I wanted a limo that I should call an hour or two in advance of when I needed it and they would have one available.

    My offer read:

Complimentary ALL NEW Grand Suite for Four Nights

$300 a day Resort Credit to be used on Dining, Spa, Entertainment, Nightlife, or Cabana

    Complimentary Limousine Service

Two Complimentary Tickets To Brad Garrett's Comedy Club

    $400 in FREEPLAY® Available

Sometimes a food/resort credit has to be used at the "home/staying" casino. Sometimes it can be used at other MGM hotels. Double, triple check.

We normally can spend enough at the base hotel, so not a problem.
