Glad we got a Margaritaville in town here, don't have to wait to go out town to enjoy their nachos

Think we're going to make a point of visiting here. We went to the one in Orlando last year and loved it. The added bonus is that this one has a casino. I think it's got reasonably priced Pai Gow ($5 min per hand) and I really fancy trying the lobster mac and cheese.

Just one thing I wanted to mention. I have very long legs
and when we went one time and got put in the boat, I could
not get comfortable. Maybe it was the seat I got, but my
legs kept hitting the thing and it wasn't fun. One of the posters
above suggested sitting where you are on the patio. I love
the upstairs and many times we have pulled tables together
for a larger group and it is fun to watch the Strip and the people go by.
Just my 2 cents. The boats are a novelty, but I did not like sitting there.

I am a JB and Margaritaville fan. I've ate there several times in LV. I have to admit a group of 11 in that place seems like a madhouse decision for a meal that can't live up to expectations. I am sure its possible, but I just see alot of confusion, slow service, not getting an order right, etc. The place is fun and lively, and some decent eats there. I think prices are overly-inflated, but the service has always been stretched because it is so busy, even at lunch times. Start getting more than 5-6 people for a meal there, and it's usually not a great experience.
