I am wondering if anyone has been to the pools recently at Mandalay and Aria. I know some places apparently have bucket specials on beer (say 5 beers for $25 which seems like a great deal as most beers are at least around $10 each I assume). Does Mandalay or Aria have any "bucket" specials on beer? I do know that Aria has mixed drink prices of $25 (wow) so I want to try and stick to beer. I don't plan on getting pool side smashed but it would be nice to have a few drinks each day by the pool and I want to know what specials (if any) there are.

    Thanks :)

I am pretty sure that a bucket of 5 beers is $40.

Ok that's still not too bad I guess I probably wouldn't want more than 2 or 3 beers a day by the pool anyways the sun kicks the sh!t out of me if I drink too much I would like to be alive and awake for the evening! Lol. That would be perfect for my boyfriend & I to share.

Funny how Vegas warps our perceptions: $40 for less than a six pack of bud light is "not too bad".

Lol I know..it's not bad for the overpriced pool drinks I guess. Better than $25 for one drink. In Canada it would cost me $40 for an appetizer and a couple of drinks in the pub. Drinks are more expensive here but a 6 pack of Budweiser in the liquor store is only $11. I know it's about half that in the US.

I bought one of those 16 oz. Heineken aluminum "bottles" at Mandalay Bay's pool complex last month. I think it was $8.65.

    Was that this year's prices?

Just got back from the Monte Carlo and a bucket of beers (6, 16 oz) was $44. Last year it was $35.
