I read where MSS parking is no longer free in the parking structure, but I also read it is still free at the surface lot. I also read you can get reimbursed if you eat there.

Anybody have the facts? Lots of conflicting info on the "internets".

This is a response email I received from MSS regarding the new parking rules.
I'm sure you can email her Tamera Janeczko "[email protected]" with any questions you have. She responded my query in a couple of hours.

We just stayed at MSS last month (April), and the parking garage is still free if you have a Sapphire or Emerald card, and/or if you are a hotel guest there (they give you a "pass-card"). Otherwise, if you are just coming to eat there, or do casino play there ... you would pay at the parking garage entrance, but can get a refund at the cage with a receipt, or proof of a certain amount of casino play (see player's club).

Instead of having to drive to the top floor to find a parking spot, both days here we found a spot right near the entrance. We are here right now.

I'm pretty sure the outside parking area is valet only and they would still have the same rules.

There are 3 places to park at MSS. Valet is on the south end of the building. There is a parking structure on the north end of the property and then there is the surface lot across the street.

I think the area under the bridge is supposed to be employee parking.

I love that they charge for the garage now. Over Easter weekend I just told the attendant I was checking in, they let me in for free and told me to get the parking pass and put it on my dash. No problems there, whilst at the same time I was actually able to get a spot right inside the entrance whereas before I would always have to park near the top or on the roof.

I always valet at Main Street. No charge except for tip. Valet is also very quick there, it's so close.
