We're not real big players but play enough to get free night offers sometimes. We want to stay in Nov. We have an offer for 2 nights in October but not enough play to generate a November offer. I tried calling casino host. Got put on hold for a long time while they paged her. When she came to the phone she said she's very very busy, I could not leave my phone number; I could call back later but likely she will be busy then too

I'm thinking maybe not worth it to try with her. Seems like they're understaffed and attitude isn't that helpful. She did take my card number but did not offer to call me back

I was going to ask her to look at my play and my DHs and see if there was anything she could do.
We have an offer for 3 nites at Plaza but if play there is lousy it might be worth it to pay for a room at Main St

    Any advice?

Nov offers aren't out yet. Maybe you'll still get one

    Give Suncoast another try.
Our new favorite place to stay, but gamble at MSS

Reservations people indicated that we don't have enough play.....
Usually it's me who has more play and gets better offers. Last trip, I played on DH's card because he was planning a trip I wasn't going on.
That apparently reduced my play to where I don't qualify for free rooms in November (this is what reservations said). I was hoping maybe casino host could use discretion and help me out.

I guess if I don't succeed in getting help from the casino host I could book a room in DHs name and then if I get an offer, I can change it to my name and use the offer. The rates are reasonable and I'm inclined to maybe pay for the room at MS rather than taking the "free" room at the Plaza and losing a bunch of money playing there.
    thanks for the advice
