One of the techs told me as she was giving me a scratch off ticket, seems like it was 4, 5,0r 6am. I suspect others will have a better answer.

I've always played it safe and cut off at midnight unless I will be playing the next day anyway. My comps seem to be higher than people think I deserve for my level of play so I will stick to what I am currently doing.

I'm always surprised by the seeming randomness of the times. Midnight makes sense because that is when the date changes. If I were running one of these ops, I would pick 4am. The late night crowd is gone and the morning crowd hasn't started filtering in yet. Not sure it really matters operationally unless they are using outdated tech which could be the case.

Yes it's 3am. On my trip in July, I noticed that daily points earned had reset at 3am.

3am it is then. I'll probably still stick to my midnight cut off. My favorite time of day in any casino is early morning before most people are up. That probably makes me strange but so be it.
