I have mailed in individual winning tickets before with no problem but I now hold a $420 ticket from MSU -2.5 and an $840 ticket from Duke -2.5. And I'm waiting on a UK to win the national title ticket. All three tickets are from the same casino.

So after the UK bet settles and hopefully wins can I mail all three together and just get one lump sum check for $2260 or do I need to send them separately and get checks for $420, $840 and $1000? Raises the question bc it may be cheaper to send all three together registered mail than to send all three separate registered mail.

    Thanks.

I just checked the back of tickets I have from both CET and MGM books. Nothing on them says anything about multiple tickets having to be mailed separately. I am almost certain you can send them all together and get one check. But call the book first and have them confirm it

That's what I figured and made most sense. Usually I am only fortunate enough to have one winner out of the few tickets I leave town with but I've been on fire this last week and have at least two and hopefully a third if UK finishes this run.

I'll give the book a call when I get a few free minutes to chat.

I had the the same exact question and some questions of my own.

How long does it take to get a check when you send it to them?
Do you guys send it regular first class or certified mail or other?

Called the book at Monte Carlo yesterday and they said multiple tickets is fine, just make sure the name and address are clear on the back.

Check can take anywhere from a week to 6 weeks. Usually closer to the short end than the long but I have had a ticket or two take 6 weeks.

As for method of mail it depends on the ticket and it's worth. I've mailed some tickets that were for $105 (Risk $55 to win $50) and $210 (Risk $110 to win $100) just by regular mail with no problems. I had a $2500 Super Bowl future on the Ravens a couple years ago and because of it's value I sent it registered mail which makes everyone who handles the piece of mail sign and account for it. This go round my total is at $1260 and with a UK National Title will be $2260 so these tickets will be going registered mail. Cost me about $12 last time I sent it but when you're mailing a piece of paper worth a so much the cost is worth it. I'd send anything over $500 or so registered and not standard.

I also always make copies of my bet slips just in case something happens to them. Most books are good about being able to look up the bet and get you taken care of if you have records.
