    Revamped player's rewards program with a one hundred dollar loss rebate for new members. Lose one hundred on day one, come back day two for fifty on your player's card and day three for another fifty. Downside: if you have ever had a card with either property you do not qualify as a new member.

    I think that spells a major fail. If the offer is a good deal for the casino they should open it up to the players who went in once and never returned. After all, it's only a payback on an initial loss, they can't lose money and they would have generated three visits with play from me. If the new club is part of the effort to turn things around they are gonna need to attract gamblers from other properties.
