I travel to Vegas a couple times a year and I am looking for some new lunch spots in the Mid/South Strip Area (stay at Monte Carlo). Generally I eat at the Dragon Noodle at MC as they have a lunch special (soup, spring roll, rice, and entree) for about $10. It's a perfect size--not too big. I don't like to eat too heavy for lunch and feel bogged down for the rest of the afternoon. Although more north, I also like Grand-Lux at Venetian (Asian Nachos are fantastic). I like to stay under $20 for lunch and prefer to have a place where I can eat that the bar as I travel solo. As this is lunch, I am not necessarily looking for "gourmet" but I am looking for "good". During the day I generally gamble at MC, MGM, NYNY, or Mandalay Bay so a lunch spot at or near one of those locations would be preferred. Any suggestions?
