Currently booked 5 night comped at Planet Hollywood. Have never stayed there before... and looking forward to it. Took a peek at the rate calendar and now have a ton of options for the week. (must be a slow vegas week...low roller here). Can now choose from Ceasars, Bally's, Harrah's, Rio, Flamingo, Linq, Paris...or stay at PH. Based on where we have stayed in the past it's pretty much down to Caesars, Paris or PH. Those of you who have stayed at those properties...which would you recommend?

Nice to have so many options (I should check my rate calendar...).

I've stayed at Paris, Bally's, and PH. I guess it depends on what kind of a vibe you are looking for in your hotel/casino. We booked Paris, comped with the base room, and used the $20 tip to get upgraded to a red room which was very nice. We booked PH comped, with the base room, and the $20 tip got us a strip view. The room was not as nice as the Paris room, but it was very acceptable. Some say the PH rooms are dark, since the base room only has one window. But at least in our room, it was a big window. My wife and I could both sit in it and watch the Bellagio fountains.

I like the vibe at PH, the gambling is pretty good for a Caesars property, and it's a close walk to a lot of other neat places. We've enjoyed eating at Planet Dailies, Yolo's, Earl of Sandwich, BurGR, and the Lobster Me (in the Miracle Mile).

On the other hand, if you think you'll be roaming north of Bally's, then staying at Paris gets you a little bit closer to that end of the strip. You can't really go wrong. I would not stay at Caesars, but then again I never have, so maybe I'm missing something.

It depends on what you're looking for. I have stayed at Planet Hollywood, Caesars and the Flamingo. The rooms are hit and miss at Planet Hollywood but we love their casino. The rooms at Caesars are beautiful, at least in the Augustus tower which is the only tower we've stayed in and the casino is ok but a lot quieter than Planet Hollywood and the slots machines are not the newer ones. The Flamingo is ok, especially if you want somewhere where you can go to get a bit of relaxation as they have the wildlife habitat. If it was me, I'd stay at Caesars if you want a bit of class or Planet Hollywood if you want a party atmosphere. Make sure you're not in the Roman tower at Caesars and I'd choose the North tower at Planet Hollywood.

Not a huge fan of any of the three, but they are all ok. Depends on what you like to do. CP has the better casino, spa, and pool of the three. All have average dining options and below average (standard) rooms. I would probably go with CP because of the spa

By far caesars is at the top. Planet Hollywood brings a younger-more single crowd and rooms are ok. I was actually shocked at how nice flamingo was. Im a diamond card holder and have stayed at all property hotels. Who are u going with would help answer which hotel. Would not take girlfriend to pl. Too much eye candy walking and dancing around
