    Sonya - MGM might not have let you check in on Sept 1st because they weren't allowing a check in on a Saturday. If you are going to be there for a weekend most places on the strip want you to check in on Friday ... unless of course you play BIG there and then they will let you check in on any day.

    That is also Labor Day weekend.

    There's two problems with the question:

    1. He/she says 4 - 6 suites but doesn't say how many people. Normally, the way to go would be to book a 2 queen room with a pullout, which would accommodate 3 people. For that, I'd recommend Venetian/Palazzo.

    2. They want to check in Saturday of a holiday weekend, which is going to be a no-go at a lot of places.
