+1 to that, but would also recommend trying the Luke's Lobster kiosk outside Fashion Show mall.
We went twice while at Wynn & Palazzo over Christmas. Lobster roll was excellent, as were both the chowder and lobster bisque.

    Me, too :licklips:

I eat there 2-3 times a trip, but didn't make it out last summer.

I had a whole lobster at Crab Corner (Flamingo west of strip)...and it was quite good. Their specialty is crab- crab cakes, crab soup, hard shell Maryland crabs, but they also have a lobster tank and for $20, we got a good sized, perfectly cooked lobster. I didn't know the price when I ordered it, and was pleasantly surprised. This is no fine dining, but if you're just looking for a good lobster, it was great. I also had a lobster roll at Todd English Pub at Aria. 3 small toasted buns with lobster and sauce...was really good, but was also $20 and not nearly the amount of lobster as Crab Corner.

Hugo's Cellar Downtown had really good lobster tails. They have a Chateau Briand (sp?) dish with two lobster tails for two, $150.00 if I remember correctly.

I actually prefer Pacific spiny lobster. I like to eat the whole thing, tail and tamale. It has a lot of fatty innards for you true gourmets.

But it's hard to find a restaurant that serves spiny lobster.
