It's LobsterME at both Venetian and PH... I like the Venetian spot a little more, but seating is limited.... still, it's legit. Usually try to pop in at one of the two locations each trip

I know RM Seafood (Mandalay Bay Shops, downstairs) is a little pricey, but I loved the lobster rolls they had for lunch. Oddly, the 3 course meal for lunch is cheaper than buying just the lobster roll by itself.

It's also on the happy hour menu, but I'm unsure of the size because you get two apparently for $18? Much cheaper than the 3 course $28 for lunch. It's not on the dinner menu though.

My favorite spot to get a lobster roll is at Todd English Pub @ Aria. They have what seems like 450 menu items and I usually narrow it down to 2....and end up with the Lobster roll and a side of pickles, both are to die for.

Luke's Lobsters is pretty good - it's directly across from the Wynn, by the entrance to the Fashion Show Mall.

Todd English ought to be able to do a good one, also Emeril. The plainer the better.

I love Connecticut lobster rolls, where it's just lobster and butter. They are pretty good at LobsterMe. The one's that have mayo and all that other crap I don't like it all. Spoils the taste of the lobster IMHO :) And yes as Mike "helpfully" pointed out they are better on the east coast but that wasn't the question of the OP.

Say hi to Rick Moonen if you see him there. He was talking to a group of guests last time I was there for lunch. I waved hi but didn't want to bug him. He's one of those rare celebrity chefs who cooks and talks to the people at the restaurant.

By Vegas standards, its a little more pricey than average.

Also, figured out the lobster roll pricing finally:

    lunch 3 course, two ($28)
    happy hour, two ($18)
    lunch ala carte, three ($29)

Will do. The three course lunch special looks pretty solid.

I tried Luke's Lobster at Fashion Mall. It's pretty good but rather pricey considering how small it was. It's the size of a tiny hotdog and almost $20 after tax. Delicious though.
