    Interesting. I have never had or made Pho' with other than beef. I've heard that Charles Phan (renowned Vietnamese chef from San Francisco) has a killer Chicken Pho recipe.

    I guess I'll have to try it.

    There's some great chicken pho I've had in Garden Grove in Cali.
