I'm on JetBlue's inaugural lucky flight number 7 direct from Fort Lauderdale to Las Vegas. Because it was the inaugural flight they had some hoopla at the terminal. They also brought out the fire trucks and sprayed water on the plane as an inaugural flight tradition. The reason for this trip is to meet my buddy who is an equipment manager for University of New Mexico. Lobos and just a good excuse to go to Vegas. My rough plans are to drive up to Mesquite tomorrow morning for a round on Wolf Creek Golf course, a bucket list course for me. Then hightail it back to the Bellagio and watch my Noles beat Louisville at 4:30. Golf at Tuscany Golf course on Friday morning, then meet my buddy at Sam Boyd Stadium, as he gets the locker room and coaches box ready for the game on Saturday. I plan to hang out with my buddy and his work friends Halloween evening until they have to get back for curfew. I have no plans for Saturday and will just take it as it comes. Oh! There will also be a lot of gambling interspersed in there. Ok! Back to watching the World Series Game 7 on Directv on the plane. Gotta love JetBlue.
