In one word HORRIBLE. Waited 5 hours before our room was ready even with on line check in. Never again.

In both my visits I've never had an issues, though with only half their rooms open, I could see this being an issue. When did you try and check in? Was it before 3 pm checkout time?

Yes before 3 and told to come back at 12. Then told to try express check I at 1:00. Then told to wait. Finally got in at almost 4 after asking again if we could check in 3 times. Early check in was requested for 11.

I had the same problem as Needmeavegasgettaway this past January....cold and impersonal to the point they acted like they didn't want to be dealing with any people. Staying at the Mirage this summer....the Linq experience not so good...life's too short to deal with this kind of thing.
