    Trips to Las Vegas:
    Hi All,

Myself and my brother heading to vegas 22nd April for 4 nights. We have enough loyalty points each for a comp room each in Monte Carlo and some to spare.

What I'm trying to figure out is if I book a comp room for Wednesday and he books a comp room for Thursday and then books the Friday and Saturday as normal will we be able to link the rooms so we don't have to move? Also in terms of booking do we need to ring the hotel or ring my vegas or what's the best way of doing this?

I also have enough points for 25% off the Friday night, will it be possible to use this too?
Any advice be greatly appreciated as I need to save every penny possible for the tables!!

    Thanks in advance, Mick

Can't give you a direct yes or no answer, but I've seen on these boards that others have been able to link rooms together. Hoping that's the case for you guys!

I believe they can all be linked at booking, but you will want to double check at check-in too. I have heard some say they had to come down to the desk each day to get the keys updated, but when I have done multiple nights at Mandalay Bay that wasn't necessary (I just booked 3 nights at Mirage and on the phone they said we would need to come down each day, we will see if that happens).

For the myvegas rooms you have to call the myvegas number to book. One person can call to book for you and your brother- when I called I needed name, address, phone number, redemption code, and credit card for each person.

I have heard it is a waste to use 25% off codes, as they are usually off full rate, and you can find better deals without it. I also assume it counts as one of your 3/30 redemption so also feels like a waste IMO.

I would book the myvegas rooms and get your confirmation numbers, then call up monte carlo and say you have rooms booked through myvegas and want to add some additional nights- I think they will then be able to link all 4 nights, and you may get a casino rate by calling. (Look online to see what their rates are like just so you have idea before calling. I would not recommend booking the fri/sat nights through a 3rd party though because I am not sure if they will as easily link those together prior to your arrival, and if you gamble a lot they cannot do backend comps on 3rd party rooms).

This is all just how I would go about it and haven't actually done this, so hopefully someone who has can chime in and give you a solid answer.

Willy pretty much nailed the logistics for booking. You could login to MLife's website or find a deal on SmarterVegas and book your extra nights there and then call up reservations.

My first MyVegas redemption was 4 nights (3 different rewards) at the Mirage. I was able to link my reservations at check-in and didn't have any issues with the keys. However, each day house keeping was a little confused and asked if I was checking out that day or not.
