not 100% sure I understand your question, but if the casino is sending its limo to the airport to meet you, then it's probably already comped (free limo is a listed benefit when you reach the 80,000 tier credit plateau with CET). if you're thinking that you'll track down a limo yourself when you arrive, then I think you'd be responsible for paying the charge, and I can't think of a way to arrange to use your rewards points for it.

Are you getting discounted rooms or free rooms???

If getting free rooms I would be surprised if your host will not arrange this for you.

I have booked a limo thru Caesars before. Told them to charge it to my room and then used reward credits upon checkout to pay for it. I think it was around $65.

Awesome. Glad to see you got the limo. I would rather ride in a limo any day then take one of those fire hazard cabs. Just saying.... they make me nervous.

I'm going on my 2nd comped trip (first one was a year ago) in August and while not with the same hotel as you, I asked my host by email about limo transfer. I'm a low roller and am already getting 4 nights in a suite plus $200 slot play, so thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. She told me she will arrange the limo and check my play and it may be covered at the end of the trip. So asking couldn't hurt, I don't think.
