Limits on rewards

    My husband and I were at Beau Rivage in July and redeemed a 2 for 1 buffet. We are going again in October and have not been able to redeem the 2 for 1 buffet. An error code comes up and states my purchase limit has been reached. Called support and they told us there is a one us lifetime use on the My Vegas comps. Once you redeem you are not ever able to use that reward again.

    Check the terms of the rewards. They just about all say "This reward is limited to 1 per MyVegas player." The only time this might change is if they add a new batch of rewards. About the only way you can tell if the reward is part of a new batch is either try to purchase it again like you did or wait until they remove it then add it back or they change the price of the reward.
