I mentioned in another thread a couple weeks ago that I walked through there SB weekend. Looks good. Huge improvement over the tiny second floor space they used to use. I am not a fan of CG, but this book appears to be fun. Its spacious and other game tables spread throughout the book. Looking forward to spending some time there during MM

Was there for the super bowl.. it is pretty cool and it is like RIGHT on the casino floor which gives it an open funner vibe. they have a pool table and that shuffle board game.. lots of large screens and comfy couches..

Sorry, missed that and I swear I read all your TRs!! I may have to go back for a reread.

A pic was just posted in IM ALL IN's trip report as well, kinda small and hard to see but looked neat

Dave, I'm not sure I even posted it in a TR, so it was easy to overlook. Yeah, the pics don't do it justice. As Hound mentioned, the new book opens right onto the casino floor and the open design gives it a larger feel. In that sense, the design has a similar feel to the old CP book before the recent renovations (although not nearly as big as the CP book).

I watched the Sat morning college basketball games the day before super bowl was not crowded and had a great seat in the back row of the book. A real nice setup

Definitely an upgrade from the old one.

I cannot wait to see this

I've always wanted to stay at Cosmo and I'm a sucker for a sweet sports book - a summer trip staying at Cosmo and sitting in there watching baseball sounds tempting

Was there most of the day last day of the first week of March Madness. Really good book. The bar is great too. No drink voucher system yet either. Only thing is I don't think all the VP machines have quarter level. The one my buddy sat at only had dollar level but I played quarter there too so you may have to check if you are not wanting to play and the dollar level.
