Just tried for first time. Very tasty spicy eggplant dish with brown rice. Groovy 60s music playing and fun hip professional type crowd. Inexpensive. Across from Insert Coins

I'm glad you made a thread about Le Thai. Simply put, I think it's the best restaurant downtown. When I stayed DT for 4 nights a few weeks ago and I ate at Le Thai 3 times. They use quality ingredients and the favors are fantastic. I recommend any of their noodle or curry dishes.

Hopefully this is a start of an interesting food movement. It's something downtown really needs.

It's across the street from INSERT COINS. Fremont East district is only 2 blocks long, so you can't miss it. Walk east, across the street from Fremont Street Experience canopy towards Walgreens/Neonopolis, and you will see a large neon arch saying FREMONT EAST DISTRICT. Le Thai will be on the right side.

    Ate at LeThai last week.

Showed up hungry at 11 a.m. Oops! Open at 11:30 a.m. Went to Long Bar at D & won some money playing VP.

Showed back up about 11:40. Glad I got there early. Every table inside was already full. Ate at counter, which was fine. Fast service. Got "awesome noodles" with spice level #2. Tasty!

Some ate out on patio with musters, but had to be very hot out there. Estimate that it was maybe 82 inside.

Will return, but may avoid lunch hour crowd.

    Misters, not "musters".

(Keep getting tripped up by the spellcheck on this iPad).
