The apple app store has "Vegas Indoor Maps Free" which has most or all of the casinos mapped out level by level.

Since the site is no longer updated these maps are growing quickly less useful. Just one example, the Golden Nugget map is listed as "new" yet it doesn't have Bar 46 on it, which opened in June 2012. This means that likely, those maps are at least 3 years old.

It has got to the stage where a lot of casino interiors are now mapped out on Google Maps once you zoom in enough, with their restaurants and bars tagged.

Another freaky feature is that if you have a Gmail account containing your hotel and airline confirmation emails then they are highlighted on the map with your arrival dates as well.

Amazing the amount of detail that Google attempts. Not entirely accurate but interesting.
