    Hello,

I am attending a bachelor party in Feb with 23 guys aged 27-30. We have the intent of playing a round of golf but after browsing online for a tee time it seems extremely expensive. What courses would you recommend? We would like spend $80-150 on green fees and get the best bang for our buck. Is there any way to get these rounds comped, any advice?

    Thanks for the help!

Do you want to play a great course or just get out and whack it around with the guys? Bringing your own clubs or renting? It's about $55 to rent clubs.

Angel Park isn't the best course in Vegas but it's not bad and they will organize things and provide transportation for 23 guys.

I've got a tee time for next week at Rio Secco - It's a CET-owned course, so I think the Total Rewards discount put it somewhere around $75. Never played the course, but it looks decent.

go to VIP Golf Services of Las Vegas. This group has been booking my golf trips to Vegas for the past six years. VIP can handle everything for your group. Tell them your price range and they will hook your group up. VIP will rent clubs and deliver them directly to the course. Also VIP can supply transportation. Prices are very good - this will take the stress out of your trip.

Be aware of sunset. Go to google and look for AVERAGE sunset in LV for those dates. You will be surprised how quickly it gets dark once the sun heads for the mountains. Adjust your tee time and speed of play accordingly. Bummer to be on 16 or so and have to quit. Good luck and let us hear back from you when you return as to the results.

Yes yes yes, watch that time and the sunset. When wintertime Sol decides to depart for the day, he does it in a hurry. But no no no, do not adjust your pace to beat the gloaming, always play fast, ready and timely!! ;)
