It seems like a lot of us will be indulging in Sin City for the Labor Day Holiday. I though it may be fun to share when you are arriving, where you are staying and what you have planned.

I am arriving Sunday Morning the 2nd. Staying at Flamingo and plan to immediately hit the pool after check in. Sunday night will be spent at Carnival Court after dinner at Ellis Island (true high roller here, HA!)

It is me and my best friend J, I am 38 and he is 40, were both divorced and enjoying bachelor life.

Monday we have front row tix for Carrot Top !

The rest of the trip is unplanned other than daily pool visits!

We are officially under 30 days out!!:beer:

I'm checking in. Me and my BF arrive on Sunday 9/2 and immediately drive to Kanab, Utah for a few days. We come back to Vegas on Tuesday, 9/4 for 3 nights at the Bellagio. I am also double booked at the Flamingo for the first two nights. They made me an offer I couldn't refuse. We will mostly divide our time between gambling at these two casinos.

My wife and I will be leaving LA around 8pm on Thursday night, August 30th. Hopefully arriving at IP around 1am for four nights in a luv tube room. We are keeping our fingers crossed because we love gambling at IP but have never stayed there. IP for free on Labor Day Weekend? Hell ya!

We also have front row tickets to Carrot Top for Friday night, the 31st.

We are also double booked at The Orleans in case we don't like the room at IP. The main reason for this trip is because it's opening weekend for College Football. My buddies and I will be plunked in a comfy chair watching/betting games all day Saturday.

Four nights is a lot! We don't usually like staying for more than 3 nights per trip. We can't wait!

    BELIEVE IT!!!

Bootsy, I think you will like 4 days, that is what I have gone to for my last few trips. I even tried 5 last Labor Day, but found out it was a little to long for my liking. The best thing about 4 days is you do not feel so rushed and can relax and enjoy things a bit more.

My wife and I are flying in 8/26 for 3 nights at Encore. Then 8/29 moving over to the Rio for 6 nights with 8/30 going to Fremont Casino for 1 night. Renting a car on 8/31 to visit some of the off strip Casinos and sights we have not seen before. Flights out for home 9/4 late in the afternoon. Total 9 days in Vegas.
No real plans set in stone other than the car rental. This is our second trip this year so wife wants to make it a contest to try and use as many of our remaining ACG and LVA coupns as possible.

Coming on Thursday (8/30) for four nights - staying at Aria.

Carrot Top, Phantom (last weekend of its long run), Freemont Street, KA, Ron White, and LOVE.

I hope I can find the time to put in the "desired" 4 hrs/day gambling! ;)

We're bringing our 20 year old son along for his first trip, and felt we should make the most of our time (as none of his time will include gambling)!

We are staying at the Rio. We drive in Aug 30. I should be there early if I hit no traffic. It normally takes 2 1/2 hours (200 miles) but it has taken as long as 5 hours on a few of my trips. We will be leaving Sept 4th. My 80 year old FIL is going to meet us in Las Vegas.

So far we have Matt Goss tickets and Tony Bennett. I do have two extra tickets to Tony Bennett (free) for 7:30 on Saturday if anyone is interested in them. Just leave me a message. I will also see some other show since I get 2 free. I just made Diamond last Friday. First time. I plan to spend lots of time drinking in the diamond lounge and going to the pool. Its now time for us to relax. I am planning lots of meals from Restaurant Week. Sunday Morning we are also going to do the Sterling Brunch.

I would HIGHLY recomend a quick drive to Mt Charleston and maybe a helf day hike at Red Rock Park. There is soooo much to do in Vegas that has nothing to do with casinos, but those 2 excursions should get ya started.

Also, you might google a bar called "The Happiest Place on Earth" and try the shot "assjuice". It's not what you think...lol It was an Anthony Bourdain spot.

We fly in Monday the 3rd, staying 4 nights at The Golden Nugget, getting married Tuesday the 4th.

Hoping to see "Jersey Boys" on Wed PM, but have lots of family, including the 16 yrd old son, so gambling will be minimal.

We are coming in Thursday 08/30 around 10:20pm Southwest from Buffalo, NY.
We are staying at Bally's in a comped room till Monday. We have family coming in staying at our hotel and some are staying at Riviera since it was cheeper and my brother-in-law is paying for 2 other rooms for his older kids. No real plans except the pool and Harrah's dualing piano's on Friday or Saturday night. We always have such a great time there. There will be a total of 10 of us. We have some ideas on where to eat but becasue there are soo many of us we think we may put them all in a hat and pull one out and thats where we go to. Looking forward to relaxing and having a few coctails. Then well be back in October, hubby has a convention there.
