Does anyone know, if they still have keurig machines in the rooms? I saw them in some older videos and wondered if still there. Side question, how are the strip view rooms?

They did two months ago. That's why I ended up buying one for home, I liked it so much.

Yes, had them 3 weeks ago when I was there. You get 2 bottle of water and 2 pods included in your resort fee.

The D has those too, so last trip I brought along some of the Melita reusable filters made for Keurig and I could then use my own blend of coffee and have it for free. A tea bag in the filters also makes a pretty good cup of tea, but as in all these machines it seems sometimes the taste of the last coffee bleeds into the tea. It might be good to run the machine a few times with nothing but any empty filter and to keep one filter for coffee and one for tea. The cost of the filters pays for itself in one trip. And at home they are just wonderful because you can make your own particular blend of coffee in the Keurig machine for a fraction of the cost.

I don't know why they say up to 20 uses per filter as I have gotten more than that as have my friends who showed me these filters.

I really wonder how long this will last. We have one at home and one important thing I can tell you is...if you use hot chocolate pods...run a clear water cycle through afterwards. It really clogs up the holes. ;) We are at MC this year, I plan on taking pods from home with me.

So then I can take my own pods and use them. Cause one cup isntvreally enough to get my day going.

Yes, you can definitely use your own. I usually buy a couple big bottles of water downstairs to use in the room. You get two really small ones in the room, and Vegas water has gotten kind of bad tasting out of the tap. Run a rinse cycle through it without a kcup in it before you use it and if you change beverage types, like coffee to tea. If you are interested, the keurig dot com site has small sizes and variety packs.

    Strip view rooms

Strip view from the MC should be great if you go for a high floor room. You can 'upgrade' to a high floor room for a small cost. They are guaranteed to be on floor 23 or higher.
