Ka reward. Can't book online but have to pay if I book by phone?

    I would LOVE to book my ticket for KA online but it tells me I can't and to call the myvegas number. Then I am told I have to pay a fee to book by phone? Since nobody else has this issue I assume this is a specific to my account - and my wifes account, who has the same issue.

    There was talk about them charging a fee for booking by phone recently.

    My wife and I booked Ka in December. We had our MLife accounts logged in and open in our browser and then clicked the link in the email. Chose are date and the code was already in there so the tickets were paid for.

    We then had to call to get our seats moved together which was and is free of charge as long as they are booked.

    If you call up you shouldn't get charged because you're receiving an error. I've heard of quite a few people having issues booking online and the call-in fee being waived.
