KA' I've talked about in my currant TR and here as well...I've seen
it many times, it's one of my favorites!
I suggest the UPPER REAR center SECTION 202 or FRONT center
SECTION 102...the last back ROW R. Down front is TOO CLOSE.
Type KA in the 'SEARCH' for lots of reviews.

It's funny...I read about more folks falling asleep during
KA' than any other CIRQUE Show, lol.

I agree with Gregrio, AND I agree with Username. KA is my favorite Cirque show -- and I fell asleep halfway through the first time I saw it.

Earlier in the day, I had an exhausting time trying out rock climbing (I loved it, and I sucked at it). By the time of the show, I was drifting in and out. During the scene where the stage goes vertical, I somehow incorporated the actors and rock climbing into a dream. Freaky!

The second time I saw KA, I remained awake. A great show.

Have seen it 3 times, dozed off each and every time. Even tho I promised not to on the second and third viewings. Maybe some chemical they use in the seat upholstery?

I have seen all the Cirque shows in Vegas including Criss Angel and this was my least favorite show. We both fell asleep during it. I did think that stage was absolutely fantastic though.

Ya know...hangin' in Vegas is hard on ya.
Gambling is hard work, the heat, lack of sleep, the booze,
and yeah, I'm sure the chemicals in the seat upholstery
has a lot to do with it too but...I haven't taken a nap in
    that showroom yet...course I'm an odd-ball Vegasjunkie
anyway. Play lite, get 7,8 hours of sleep a night and
don't drink but hey....that's no excuse right?
Maybe I'll bring my pillow next time I check out KA'...
    maybe that will help.

The theatre is dark and the seat comfortable. I'll give you that.

But, I want to balance this thread with a more positve review.

I prefer it to most other Circ shows (LOVE not withstanding).

It has a Oriental / Martial Arts theme to it. Which i personally prefer. Think of the movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.

Seats have speakers in them too. They provide a soundtrack like a Dolby or THX movie which adds another dimension to a live performance.

There's a part where the sound level on the stage lowers and foreboding music plays in the headrest giving you the feeling of the camra pulling back from the action to the shadows around the stage action - forshadowing what will happen later.

The stage itself (literally the wood floor the performers are on) is a character. Playing multiple roles as a barge, battlefield, raging ocean, sandy beach, mountaintop etc. It is unlike any other stage or theatre you've seen.

Judging from these posts, maybe not a show for fans of pure theatre. But, perhaps, worth the price for movie / IMAX fans.

Maybe even for people whose avatars and log-in names reflect space opera / sci fi / fantasy movies.

    Hmmmmmmmmmmm........

I guess everyone is different and has different tastes. My wife and I saw KA in March, and we both liked it. Also saw Mystere and O, and thought KA was better than both of the others. Le Reve is our favorite though.

I'm suprised too -- Ka is definitely one of my favorites and I'd go see it again. I fell asleep during the first time I saw Zumanity. Too much booze :)

I agree - I saw Mystere, O, KA, and the Beatles (I liked the Beatles the least - had a front row seat and that damn sheet is annoying in the front row.)

I liked La Reve the best.

Never see any of these shows when sleepy.

I dozed off briefly during LOVE, wish I slept through O, was too terrified to close my eyes in fear a fat man in only a thong would crawl over me in Zumanity, and I sat on the edge of my seat loving every single moment of KA  Cirque shows sure have different effects on different people!

KA is my favorite Cirque show by far. Nonstop action, very acrobatic, and has a storyline.

Just to add to the "different stokes" conversation, my wife and I just returned from a trip where we saw Ka (section202 middle, great suggestion!) and we LOVED it! Our fourth Cirque show and it might be our favorite. It is on the top of our list to take our teenage daughter to!
