Still deciding where we're staying, countdown timer in signature is the one most likely at this time LOL.

This will be my brother and myself. He hasn't been since 1994 when he was 16. He's not gonna recognize the place. LOL. I can get a cheap room for myself through total rewards at the Flamingo but I've never stayed there. He wants his own room since I guess I snore when I've been drinking? Me? drink in Vegas??

by the time you add the cost of the two rooms up, it's not much more to stay at Monte Carlo and I've been there twice in the last year so I know what I'm getting into. I don't want to book rooms for us at a place I've never stayed and be disappointed since he hasn't been to town for 20 years.

I do have a comped room waiting for me at Flamingo, Harrah's, Bally's and the Quad Sunday and Monday nights. I think I might snatch a room up there to check things out and for other nefarious activities.

That's what I did, book the hotel you know and get your freebee just to check it out. I really like it at Flamingo, it has a good vibe and a bit of a younger crowd...I would say 25-40 age range.

    Have a good Trip!

Bswim: We reserved six freebie nights between Suncoast and Orleans for the same dates just yesterday! We're also debating if we should add a couple free nights at LVH onto the front end – it's one of the few Vegas casinos we've never even visited. The countdown timer will go up as soon as air is locked in.

    Have a great trip! :)

Just to add to my previous post, we're now booked! The LVH is one of the few Vegas hotels we've never even visited, so we added an extra night just to check it out … besides, it's free. Now, if I can just manage to avoid getting sick like I did during December's trip.

Woohoo, another member in town that weekend.

Only time I've been to the LVH was our first trip, we stayed at MGM and took the monorail up to Bally's then walked in and out of places all the way up to Circus Circus. We left there and were looking at where the nearest monorail stops were and it looked like LVH was the closest one. I don't think that map was to scale LOL. That was a long damn walk, but we were Vegas virgins and didn't know any better.

I think the only time we went inside was to get to the monorail station. I remember cutting through a bunch of landscaping and stuff to shorten the walk :)

I've been tempted to stay there, looks pretty nice for the money (even when it's not free)

Just waiting around at work before I leave work early to pick my brother up and off to the airport we go.

Seemed like it was taking forever for today to get here and now it's suddenly here.

Checked the turbulence forecast map and the flight tracker web site. Planes are taking off due south out of SEA and all the turbulence is to the north and east. Should be a nice smooth flight.
