I found that Jamba Juice is getting in on the Juicing Craze.
The JJ in Miles Mall was a daily stop for me. I would order a shot of wheatgrass along with a fresh carrot/orange juice. On the last day of my visit it occurred to me that I could add items to my juice so I added fresh apple to my orange, carrot juice.

It is a good place to get your juice on!

if you gamble at Aria, they have fresh carrot and watermelon juice. They also have a few other fresh squeezed, but that's all I generally order.

but juicing is a good way to skip a meal.

We stopped at a local "juice" place and inquired about all the ingredients.
As she rattled off each of the ingredients she mentioned a 1/4 cup of "some weird name".
When asked what it was she replied sugar.
It was a bit shocking to know that these so called healthy shakes have a 1/4 cup of sugar.

She did mention you can request "no sugar" or an artificial sweetener instead.

Not sure if JJ is the same but it would be something to keep in mind if you were viewing these shakes as a healthy alternative.
If not, enjoy because they sure are good.

Very true. I am 2 years on juicing and 40 pounds down. I inquired and notice some things had additions. I wanted the straight fresh juice, no additions. If I had more time I would have checked out the other juices, looked like many had additions. A quick Google search noted that JJ is hitting the juicing market.
For some wanting to know more start by watching Fat Sick and Nearly Dead.

There's a juice bar at the Linq called Squeeze. Boyfriend is very interested in checking it out on our trip. He enjoys juicing...I think it tastes like lawn clippings.
