FYI - We had a Restaurant.com coupon for Johnny Smalls at the Hard Rock and stopped by to use it this week. No-go, it is now closed and they are already beginning work on a new venue.

    Noooooooooooooooooooooooo!

I loved that place! I was going to treat my poker buddies to AYCE $20 tapas next month.

I'm sure you know this but others may not. Call Restaurant.com and they will issue you a credit that can be used at another restaurant you choose, at a future date.

It sucks when these places go out of business or just post a sign that they no longer will honor R.com coupons.

Just checked my restaurant.com account, and there is now a link next to my Johnny Smalls certificate to exchange it. Good to see them on top of this.

Yep, they're turning it into a Chinese joint... I liked Smalls, didn't love it (and of course I'm pre-disposed to loving everything at the Hard Rock). The $20 AYCE price can't be beat, but I never found the food or the service to the level of my favorite Vegas' Tapas place, Firefly... though to be fair, my tab at Firefly is WELL north of $20.

The Culinary Dropout restaurant wasn't open this week when I was there, but should be by the end of the month when I visit next. Really looking forward to it. I'm told, lots of outdoor seating, which is great cause the outdoor "scenery" at the HRH is second to none IMHO.

After the experience we had there before a concert last year I'm not surprised.

Thanks Joe and DJ, I will get credit for it tomorrow!
I was a bit of a let down, my daughters were looking forward to it.
