Been trying to purchase tickets off the Ticketmaster web site. Wanted to see Jersey Boys in Vegas 4/4. No luck with purchasing on line, no luck trying to purchase over the phone either with a live person or automated system. Couldn't send a email via contact page. Any body have any tips on dealing with this company?

    Thank you

What do you mean? Ticketmaster isn't working for you?

I'd call Paris Las Vegas directly and try to purchase that way then.

Are you having technical difficulties or is it sold out?

Thanks everyone for the helpful reply's. Posted the question after several frustrating attempts to purchase tickets on line at the Ticketmaster site. The site would just freeze up. Hit the buy tickets button and nothing. Their appears to plenty of seats available. Calling the Paris box office is the way to go.

    Thanks
