My wife and I signed up for Total Rewards at a local casino because they had a introductory offer of a 50% loss rebate. Anything you lost in the first day you'd be sent half of it in two installments (so 25% and 25%).

My wife and I went and I was fortunate, but she was not and lost 800 dollars. This was in January. So far we haven't received the free play that we were promised. We've called the Total Rewards desk and they said, well it'll come out in mailers, and we don't have the ability to see the mailers. Then they transferred her to the mailings company to see if they had lost the mailer...

At this point it's been almost four months and we haven't recieved anything. It's not a huge deal (just came out of the 'gambling fund'), but it is quite a lot of EV that we lost out on and I am not sure who else to talk to. Should we try the overall Total Rewards program, or keep calling the local casino (the Horseshoe Hammond)?

    Any ideas?

Next time your at that local casino stop at the Rewards desk and take it up with them....maybe it's a credit already on your card and you never received the mailer...but you have it in your account.
