Mid 40s around here is pretty standard, high 30s on specials.

At Costco in Vegas, it's in the high 30s.

    Not good.

Veuve is decent but try to find some Blanc de Blancs.

Normally mid 40's where I live at the larger warehouse liquor stores. At the smaller mom and pop places that's pretty standard

Unless one happens to like a blend, too.

No, unless there is something special I'm not seeing. $30 at Binny's Beverage Depot for 375ml, $38 for 750ml. That's not something I would buy from CVS, either.

We had that a Von's not long ago, plus another 10% for the sixer.

But living where we do, plenty of good sparkling wine within minutes. (And that's not a jab at VC, which for the discounted price is a fine wine.)

We get ripped off here in Ontario with alcohol prices.

With the exchange taken into account....that's about $20 more, than we pay/!!!!

If you have a Specs in your corner of West Texas, that's your best bet. Specs (in the Houston area) sells this bottle for $48.
