Just wondering if there are any meetings planned the next 4 weeks?......

Where are you staying, vegasnut? We get there Tuesday, but have a lot of moves in the first week. We are chasing the free/cheap rooms, got to be done when your trip is this long.

 

I understand ..well i dont like moving so im staying put at ballys for 3,5 weeks ( got pretty good deal for the room from my host so)....cool that you guys are from the uk alot of uk folks i have seen in vegas the last couple of years( especially in the old ip)...
Im there monday nite and will tuck in early...tuesday long day and will have a meet with some fellow dutchies to eat a burger and hang out somewhere

 

We are at PH Tuesday and Wednesday, then Mirage Thursday. I'll message you on here when we get settled.

 

Oct 1 - 12 days!

 

no worries...tuesday meeting for burger with some dutchies and thursday i probably will meeting a friend at mirage as well.

 

I had originally wanted to go during this week and go to this concert but turned out airfare was through the roof for that week.

So I'm going during the 2nd week in October. Airfare was quite a bit less. Unfortunately there aren't any good concerts in Vegas during my stay. May go see "Raiding The Rock Vault." I've heard it's really good.

 

Just booked Oct 9-12 at Aria.

 

Oct 4-8 at the Monte Carlo for a business trip/conference. Wife is still trying to figure out how to kill time while I'm at the conference besides gambling (she's not a huge gambler). So far she plans on lounging around the pool or one of the bars at the MC. Anyone have any cheap ideas to keep her occupied during the day?

OCT 12th-16th

 

October 20th through 27th. Staying at the PHO. Mostly there for an event from the 23rd thru 25th, but mooching around solo wandering on the days prior.

 

What freakin conference is going on 6th -9th? Only comp offer I have is Rio which I booked, while I look around for something else reasonable on the strip. Everything through TR and Mlife is crazy. October 6th at Linq - $447???? Wasn't expecting mid week October to be so jammed.

Flipped to Frontier's site and found a great deal...I hope. I am taking a chance and booked Frontier out of Cleveland $42 return! Hard to say no. A bit of a hike but, BUF, DET and YYZ still high. Convinced a buddy to join in. Not one plan made but, will figure it out.

 

In looking for things to do while I'm there October 8-12, I found that the Wine Amplified festival is happening October 9 and 10 - this may be part of the issue?

 

There's the National Academic Advising Assoc at Caeser's from Oct 4-7, UAV Expo/Conference at Caeser's Oct 5-7, Electronic Retailing Assoc at Wynn Oct 6-8, and PubCon Oct 6-8 at the Convention Center. Also there's the World Gay Rodeo Finals at South Point Oct 7-13.

 

Looks like we will have a fabulous time!

 

I'll be attending one of the events I mentioned. Although mine won't be as fabulous as another.
