    Hey all,

Might sound a daft question, but is it easy to cancel the bookings and re-book a better Mlife Offer ?
IE: We are in Vegas for 2 weeks in June..
Currently have 3 nights mlife offer with Mirage at the beginning of my trip, and 3 nights Mlife offer with Luxor for the last 3 nights of the trip...
Trying to book a 2 night offer with the Mlife spring offer which is in the middle of the trip (over 72hours between offers), but not getting the 'COMP' option, just showing me a price...
June weekend 3rd-6th, any of that period....
Best to call instead of trying to do it online ?

It's possible that the 2 nights you are trying to book in the middle of the trip are blacked out to you for some reason. Certain high demand/high price dates may be blacked out.

Since MGM re-did their hotel websites, I have found that it is possible to cancel an MLife reservation by going to the hotel website and finding the link to 'Find Reservation" (click on the Guest Services dropdown list at the top of the main hotel page). Once you enter the details, you should be able to cancel it.

This is risky, however - if you were booked under an offer that hasn't expired yet, you may find that it does not come back on the MLife website. The offer should still be available to you if you wanted to book it again, but you might have to call. MGM is very very slowly improving the interconnectedness of the MLife site and the hotels websites, but it's still fragile and I tend not to trust it very much.

In your situation, I'd call. It may be that you're blacked out, or it could just be a bug. If you're blacked out, depending on your play level, VIP Services might be able to override the blackout and book you. You could also be running afoul of some other restriction like a limit on number of reservations.

Why is it that you want to cancel one of your existing reservations? Is the 2 night offer in the middle much better than one of the ones you already booked?

Call VIP services like mentioned in the offer. The 72h rule for booking separate offer Gets totally screwed sometimes on the mlife website. I had the same for my my booking.

ok, here goes with my crazy explanation and thoughts! :D

Just before Christmas, I logged into my Mlife account (am Pearl), and saw an offer for either:
3 Nights Mirage or Monte Carlo or Luxor - Must be used by 31st May 2016 (think it was a Winter Offer or very late Fall offer)

So I booked 3 nights MLIFE Mirage offer for the 29th May, and then booked our flights for the 2 week trip.....
On Xmas eve, I contacted my Host in the Monte Carlo to see if I could be hooked up for a few nights to which I got 3 nights booked in (3rd June), so technically speaking, that's only 48hrs between offers... but all confirmed :D

In January, I checked the offers again in my MLIFE account, and also checked my wifes MLIFE account (Sapphire, low player).
Wife had an offer of x1 comp night with 1 paid night @ Luxor, so rang them, and got a deal for 2 nights @ $23 a night and 1 comp night + $50 resort credit. (3 nights) (6th June)
**Update: Just logged into the Luxor website, it found her 1 night Mirage MyVegas night, but not the luxor. Eventually It found the booking, details show the 1 night comp + credit, etc.. However, it shows a balance of $289 !!! Not the estimated x2 $23 + 3 lots of Resort Fee !! Think I best be calling the Luxor later!!!)

I had the MLIFE Multi offer, which was either 2 nights in Bellagio/Aria, or 3 nights in any of the other hotels.
So I picked 3 nights Suite in the Luxor with $50 credit (9th June)

Also, used Wifes myVegas account to have a night in the Mirage.... - So booked 13 nights out of the 14 night trip by Mid January.....
    So as it stands:
3 Nights - Mirage (me - MLife Offer)
1 Night - Mirage (Wife - myVegas Offer)
1 Night - Not booked at any hotel at present...
3 Nights - Monte Carlo (Me - Host Offer)
    3 Nights - Luxor (Wife - MLife offer + 2 paid nights)
3 Nights - Luxor (me - MLife Offfer)

But with some recent offers, I want to change things around.... Vegas for us, is all about baking in the Sun by the pool all day, and then spending our hard earned money on the night and hoping to win LOTS! :D
The new offers that are showing from the individual hotels are:
2 Nights Mirage + $100 resort Credit / 2 Nights Monte Carlo + $250 resort Credit. Also got 3 nights in the Cosmo..

So what I wanted to do was this:
2 Nights - Mirage + $100 resort credit (me - new Mlife Offer)
1 Night - Mirage (Wife - MyVegas Offer, will get booking moved to the day before)
    3 Nights - Cosmo
2 Nights - Monte Carlo + $250 credit (me - new MLife Offer)
    3 Nights - Luxor (Wife - MLife offer + 2 paid nights)
3 Nights - Luxor (me - MLife Offfer)

This falls in line with the MLife 72hr rule, but when I try to book the 2 nights comp offer, it shows a price, but shows COMP for anytime outside my trip (with the occasional night showing a cost).
When I logged into the new Monte Carlo website and checked itinerary, I could see my x2 Mlife offers booked in, and my Monte Carlo booking (although it had a cost associated with it, but from reading other posts, I think it needs to look like that, but if I asked, the host would assure me its comped)

However, I already clicked Cancel on the Monte carlo host booking, to see if I could get the new Mlife offer to work (to which it doesn't!)...... am sure worst case scenario, the host could re-book the nights for me (2 or 3), but don't think the host would be able to give me the resort credit ? (do Hosts match Mlife offers ?!)

Sorry for the long post guys, but like anyone going to Vegas, just checking my options!, what I can and cant do!
Unbeknown to me, I only started to use Mlife Offers last year, as despite building status since 2013, I was unaware that you get offers!

You have Spring offers on the mLife web-site? I've been waiting and still have Winter offers.

Yes, if you look up a comped or partially comped reservation on the hotel website, it will display the full rate,I don;t think you need to worry about that.

I think you should be able to do it because of your wife and you having separate accounts. You have 72 hours in between each of your own accounts' offers.

2 Nights - Mirage + $100 resort credit (me - new Mlife Offer) - cancel the original and book the new one.
1 Night - Mirage (Wife - MyVegas Offer, will get booking moved to the day before)
    3 Nights - Cosmo
2 Nights - Monte Carlo + $250 credit (me - new MLife Offer) - Get the offer code from the MLife website and call your host to rebook for the 2 nights instead of 3. Ask him to attach the code to your new reservation, hosts can do that. In fact, since you now have the 4 nights in between your own Mirage offer and your Monte Carlo stay, you should be able to book it online, although it would be a courtesy to rebook through the host.
3 Nights - Luxor (Wife - MLife offer + 2 paid nights) - stays the same
3 Nights - Luxor (me - MLife Offfer) - stays the same

    Thank you for the reply...
Did wonder if my Host could give me the same options as the Mlife offer, as the $250 resort credit is really appealing, wouldn't need to set foot out of that casino for 2 nights!
I'll update this post when I get things sorted :)

I didn't want to create another thread for just this, but I really cannot find simple cancellation rules for bookings made via mlife.com.

I booked several times with them, and never had to cancel. But for my following trip, I booked a discounted room at Mirage, and there is a possibility for cancellation. What are the cancellation terms (how many days before), and is it only done on the telephone? I live abroad and I prefer cancelling online like many other hotels and websites offer.

Go to the website of the hotel youre booked. Login to your mlife account (top left corner). Go to itinerary (top right). Now you should be able to view your reservation and be able to cancel it if you want.

Above is correct, as I did that when logging into the Itinerary part on the MC website and cancelled my Comp booking....

    Update on my bookings:
My host at the MC did the Mlife offer for 2 nights with resort credit on the dates I wanted, so all is good!
Cant wait for our Vegas trip, and I sure hope Lady Luck is our side, as would love to feel the big wins again ! :D
