I was there last year for halloween and I cant for the life of me remember if we went to the pool at all. Is it warm enough to lay out? and are pools still opened?

It will be this year. Extra hot and long summer and I doubt it's going to change much. We're planning on hitting the GN pool on our trip in late October.

Swimsuits don't take up much space so might as well bring them along if you think you might go swimming.

Most of the hotels start closing their pools in mid October. If they know the weather is going to be very good they might keep the pool open to Halloween or later.

Some properties have pools open all year, heated during the winter.

Some properties close their pools close their pools during the winter but have an agreement with a neighboring property to let their guests come over and use the others pool.

Easiest thing to do is just to check with the hotel where you are planning to stay if they are going to have theirs open, if they are open all winter or if they have a pool you can go use.
