Coming to Vegas Nov 28 - Dec1 (first trip) staying at the Bellagio. Just wondering if it is worth it to go on a party bus Pub Crawl. We are there more to party then gamble, but a bit of both. We are early 50's both single guys, looking to mingle with the ladies a bit and have a few drinks.

My son and his buddies all turned 21 during the summer, I took them to LV in Oct to celebrate. I decided to send them on the club crawl for a few different reasons:
    1) They could see several different clubs and decide which they liked best
    2) Guys have a harder time getting in to clubs, I didn't want them standing in line all night
    3) The club crawl was a great buy considering you don't pay cover charges at each club
    4) The club crawl would provide some minimal level of "protection", for lack of a better word. Transportation provided and a host, I felt better about them club hopping with people who knew the score.

They did the Sin City Pub Crawl which leaves from the PBR bar, and I highly recommend it! They loved their host, who kept giving them free drinks and saying "don't tip me, just leave a great review!!". There were 100 people on the crawl that night, they used 3 busses, one of them a double decker. The guys said there were people of all ages on the crawl, there were quite a few guys in Vegas solo and they would just join a group and hang out. They went to Body English at Hard Rock first, which they thought was great until they arrived at Drai's next and walked by at least 100 people standing in line and were immediately allowed in the club. Next, they went to the club at Paris, but Drai's was so much better they walked back and were allowed to enter again since they had their wristband on. This time they said the line was a couple hundred deep and snaked into the casino. They closed Drai's down.

I highly recommend Sin City Club Crawl, you will be able to google a promo code as well.... don't pay the $80ish published cost, I found a promo code only and paid $43 per, you can book and print your ticket directly from their website. Although your circumstances are much different than the 21 year old's I took to Vegas, they commented several times about the crowd being all ages and a blast. Plus it's pretty hard to complain about not waiting in line and no cover charges!
    Enjoy!

If you aren't too fussy about venue and are looking for a good ice breaker then I would recommend it. Went on Party Tours in the summer. Being on a bus with girls with drinks is a good start if you are looking to be social.
