Is $199 a good deal for Scoot City Tours?

I've been wanting to try this but not at the $250 price. Groupon has it for $199 but I've seen it as low as $125. We are going the beginning of April. Should I buy now? Or would it be tempting too much fate to hold out?

A word of caution dealing with them. They are not very flexible. We bought one a couple years ago for $125. We made the reservation but as the trip approached tried to change it by a couple days. It became a big deal getting in touch with them and trying to work it out. They were not very nice about it either. I am always very reasonable and not at all demanding and was falling within their guidelines but it was still a hassle. We ended up giving it away, so I don't know how the tour actually is. It left a bad taste so we didn't rebook.

Groupon has a 20% coupon today and I was able to book this for $160. Not bad.
