    Interesting, and given the weather this year, not really surprising. Duluth is one of my favorite places to visit.

    I agree but one of the points of the story was that because the Lakes are almost frozen over, it could be a late and colder Spring & Summer.

    Im located in NJ and work at Home Depot.....We have been sold out of salt and snow blowers for 2.5 weeks(sat makes 3weeks). Every couple days a new storm threatens us! And people dont understand that basically all of the eastcoast is SOL for these items right now...

    I cant not remember a winter where we had so many snow storms!

    Don't do it Joe!

    We've been close to 90° this past weekend. Which means our Summer is going to have more days in the 110's and maybe even a few in the 120's this year as well. Our Winter was only 5 days long, and just before Christmas.

    Sure, Winter is GREAT out here, but the Summers are hotter than hell and very intolerable. :grrr:
