Planning on venturing off strip to gamble at Ellis Island simply to try their Microbrew. I know there are a few bars on Strip that offer Craft beer, such as Pour 24 at NYNY and The Pub at Monte Carlo, but is anybody aware of a Casino on the Strip where I can sit down to gamble and get comped something more flavoursome than Bud, Corona, MGD etc?

don't know the Strip, but if you make it downtown Old Chicago Brewing in the 4Queens has some great micros, and machines. And MSS of course...

The MGM properties usually have an amber on their rotation...either Sam Adams or Fat Tire. Not craft, but better than the stuff you mentioned.

Sin City Brewing Co. is a great local craft brewery with 3 locations. Flamingo, Planet Hollywood and The Venetian

Many of the video poker bars have taps with drafts that are a cut above. The back bars at Cosmo and Aria, the main bars at Paris and Bally's, and the sports bar at Planet Hollywood come to mind. Stuff like Stella, Fosters, Blue Moon and similar quality.

P.S. 2nd the Chicago Brewing Co. recommendation for downtown. They have an IPA microbrew you can't get at the bar on the 4 Queens casino floor.

Thanks for your feedback, will play a little VP, but mostly table games, so it sounds like I can get Sam Adams or Fat Tire from the cocktail waitress while playing at MGM properties, anyone know if CET have similar beers available?

I will be making one trip downtown and will be sure to visit Chicago Brewing Co, I guess I can't get their beers from the CW while playing the tables at 4 Queens?

When downtown, don't miss Main Street Station. I believe all of the great brewed on the premesis beers from the 777 brewpub are available at the tables. I usually just sit at their 9/6 Jacks or Better VP bar (Boar's Head) and drink the Black Chip Porter. If you're willing to pay for your beer, Park on Fremont is a new bar downtown with a selection of about 60 beers that's all over the map. I wrote them up here: http://lasvegasoffstrip.com/park-on-fremont-a-peek-down-the-rabbit-hole/

They also usually have Newcastle. The rotation varies, so you just have to ask. If you're in the high limit room somewhere you can sometimes get them to bring a wider variety. At the monte carlo high limit room they brought me beer from the Pub.

I have not been to Vegas since July of last year but the beer available at CET tables and slots is very weak. It is mostly Bud/Miller/Coors products. The only thing craft would be Sam Adams and New Castle for a descent import. They also have Corona, Heineken and Blue Moon.

I not asking for a Founders KBS but just a simple Sierra Nevada Pale Ale at a CET property would be great.
