I do not like the penney slots at all. In fact if the casino's changed to all penney machines I would not play. The risk is to great and the award to little.

On a recent trip to New Orleans I was so disappointed to see that they took away my favorite slot ever which is a 10 x pay and put in a ton of penny machines. The slot attendant told us the penny machines are more profitable for the casino. I was able to play on one of the 2 that were left won for a hand pay jackpot of $2250 the first night. Same thing in Atlantic City at Caesar's I hit on one for $3750.

So now heading to Vegas again in August. On my 3 trips last year I played at Vegas and Paris and did not like the quarter or dollar machines they had which were not to many so I did limit my play there. On two of the trips last year I went to NYNY and found many machines I liked. I won $1250 on a $1.00 progressive within 10 minutes of getting there and a guy two slots down from me also won. Then they asked me into a slot tournament and I won the first prize which was $1500 in free play. I used it and won another progressive jackpot. I walked out of there with a little over $2500. So there are other Caesar's casinos and I wondered if anyone knew if they had the older type machines with just one line and a pull handle. I don't want to waste my time walking in all of them and finding out they are bombarded with penny machines.

Many years ago I used to play black jack but now with my disability and the medicine I take I cannot concentrate for long and I get confused so I changed to:eek: slots instead since you don't have to think much.

Thank you for any help you can give me.

I don't remember seeing any 'reel' slots in the Cromwell so you're probably going to be out of luck there. I know Planet Hollywood has a decent selection of dollar reel on the floor back near the Britney Spears box-office. Would be the east side of the casino, farthest away from the Strip. I'm going out there end of next week so I'll try to keep an eye out for them for you and reply back.

    Reel slots

Paris , Flamingo , Ballys and Harrahs all have reel slots in the 25 50 cent and dollar versions . Not as many as there used to be , but they are there . Bob
