I'm planning to purchase a Pardee home, but am wondering what is the best loan company to go thru? Should I go thru the Pardee home company loan or an outside vendor? Thanks

Whichever gives you the best deal is the best to go through most sell your loan when you close anyway so just use whichever gives you the best rate with the terms you want .

Penfed gets a lot of buzz, and once in a while they run a no closing cost special. I am not hawking for them, as I know nothing about them, just what I have read.

    Is this a trick questions?

The best loan will be the one that has the best terms and lowest interest rate...
