If you book a room at a MGM or CET hotel on their website or through another site like Expedia or Hotels.com for the regular rate (for example business travel) and you do not put in your player number will it still trigger a trip in the rating computers?

    Thank you.

This is one where I would say NO, but use a different spelling of your first name and/or your business address to make sure...

If you gamble with your card, yes. Otherwise, no.

I've gone to Vegas many times for business conferences and stayed at resorts where I would normally be fully comped. I didn't use my players card for anything, and didn't play on it. They never knew I was there.

Thank you. That is what I needed to know but I will use my nickname on the reservation too as a backup.

Is it just me...or do we have this same thread almost every week?

It wouldnt make sense to initiate a trip based on name anyways...common names would hose everyone.
    Address might be cross referencable
    CC numbers also
    Phone Number also

I guess we will never know the answer to this reoccuring question
