My wife and I will be celebrating our 25th anniversary in April 2015. We are not huge gamblers and usually stay at the Orleans, but like to drink and carry on in Vegas any ideas that you can suggest would be greatly appreciated! :drunk:

I saw something yesterday online that interested me. There is a Lake Mead cruise that does vow renewal w/champagne for a reasonable price. I'm considering it for our next anniversary in Vegas. We are not party people but many here are. I'm sure they can fill you in on the carrying on part.

A sunset reservation for Top of The World restaurant in the Stratosphere tower. Excellent food and service in a memorable and classy setting.

For our 25th Anniversary we returned to Vegas for the first time in 24 years. We did the kids and house thing. We were regulars before the kids. So I wanted it to be extra special for our return. I booked the Mirage Penthouse for 4 nights and it was beautiful, overlooking the volcano and the Venetian. It's something we talk about still, even though we've been regulars with at a least 2 trips a years since. It was that special. The Mirage were pretty good about it too, saw the players club before checkout to see if our play helped our bill and they took 2 nights off and gave us 2 buffets to use before we headed to the airport.

I'm not saying you should stay at the Mirage, what I'm saying is get a suite like you'd never expect to ever have. A real treat like a Cosmo 1 bedroom suite with japanese tub or a wrap around terrace suite with a unbelievable view of the strip or even a room higher up on the suite scale.

You only live once and there are times to splurge. A 25th anniv is one of them.
