I have been playing poker since i was 16.. If i stick to poker i have winning trips.. My last 3 trips however have started with me losing 700$+ at blackjack.. So this trip i have decided no blackjack. However I have been practicing my VP strategy and also getting into Baccaratt!! I cannot just play poker for some reason. I cannot wait to touch down in Las Vegas friday night

Sadly I am the same way. Even worse is that I have been dabbling in slots more and more the last few trips, God help me! I used to stay up until 6am playing poker but lately I will leave the game around 12-2am to go play blackjack or craps and then "cool off" playing slots. This is not a good thing for my bankroll. Sometimes though I loose badly at poker but do well at BJ so it has evened out a little fortunately :)

When I started going to Vegas my game of choice was roulette. I finally wised up and learned how to properly play BJ. Things have been great since then. I avoid slots and VP at all costs.

I feel the same way. Lately I've been more aggressive in my betting and have seen my bankroll take some large hits.

My last trip was really horrid as far as gambling. I go once a year so I seem to be able to have an adequate bankroll when my next trip rolls around.

Now I'm seriously thinking of taking multiple trips this year, however I'm worried my bankroll might not recover if I happen to run into a streak of bad luck. This will be a true test to my discipline and bankroll mgt. strategy.

My game of choice is craps and ever since that first monster roll the "high" of being in a monster roll causes me to make bets that would border on reckless, lol!

So I'm thinking of taking more frequent trips for shorter durations and while on those trips buy-in for less than I'm used too.

1 year between trips are becoming too long for me. I want to go back sooner!
