Hi - First time poster, slot player with about 1K daily BR.

Every quarter I get my seasonal corporate offer from Wynn, except this time around I have not received it.

I called in earlier and booked some August dates (not comped) with my host who told me, just let me know when the offer comes through, and I'll add the comp to your reservation.

Well, low and behold it's summer offer time and I have nothing.

My suspicion is that since they know I've already booked, they're not going to send the offer!

Am I being paranoid (did you get your summer offer?), or is this known to happen? If it is known to happen, any suggestions on what I should do to 'regain' the offer?

    Thanks!

the host should be able to look up the offer. and if he's not doing anything for you without an offer, he's a worthless host anyway.

I dont think the offers are based on whether or not you booked. I would just call the host and ask what they will offer you. If you don't like it, try another casino. Maybe $1k a day is not enough at Wynn?

As shifter said, your host should be able to look up any offers you have. Every time I talk to mine about a certain weekend, she lets me know of all the BJ/slot/baccarat/etc. tournaments and other giveaways that are going on near that date that I supposedly "qualify" for but never hear about. Like the other places (MGM, CET etc.) these are always a little better offers than the generic quarterly ones I get. Even when I don't take her up on these offers, she always does better than the quarterly offers in my account.

Also, I've received plenty of offers while having a trip booked with a host. So I wouldn't worry about that being the issue. You might want to wait a little longer to see if yours arrives - mine occasionally arrive later in one quarter than they do in another. Or, just talk to your host.

I'm annoyed (and slightly inebriated) so....

I called Aria and they gave me casino rate city view room + 1 night comped upfront + 50 resort credit upfront & 30% off Zarkana (is this any good?).

I feel like that's pretty good since I literally have 0 play with them.

Looks like it's time for a change of scenery.

If an Aria host can give me that with nothing, then I feel like it's worth a shot.

Any thoughts on Aria vs Encore? Restaurants, slots, comp system, etc....?

I don't play for comps, nor would I get much, but what about Cosmo?

My personal experience is that I have been comped at Aria way better than
    WynnCore.
    Both properties have excellent restaurants.

A previous poster suggested Cosmo. They are tighter with comps and Aria stacks up better than Cosmo compared to WynnCore.

Called Aria again and now have 2 comped nights, cityview room and rack rate for the other days. They dropped the $50 resort credit, but I'll take the extra night > the $50 all day long.

I'm very happy with that service with 0 play in the past.

    Here's to Aria.
